AquaMation Process Equipment, LLC was founded in 1998. Aquamation engineers and constructs innovative skid-mounted process equipment and industrial water treatment solutions for the petrochemical and oil & gas industries. Equipment that we build includes liquid metering systems, gas metering systems, pump sets, separators, filters, knock out drums, heater treaters, water treatment, and large PLC based control systems. These systems were delivered to major customers including international and national oil companies operating in Indonesia, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, China, Taiwan Venezuela and the USA.
- Indonesia - Pertamina: Refinery: Aquamation designed, fabricated, and installed the biggest seawater desalination system in Indonesia (at the time) in a total of 12 weeks. Some equipment was built in US and airfreighted and other parts where fabricated in Indonesia.
- Indonesia - Marubeni & PLN (state owned electric company of Indonesia). Power Plant: Aquamation designed, fabricated and installed the control system (with skid mounted switching valves) for an oil storage tank farm and gas metering system in the dual fired power plant. This was completed in 14 weeks including the PLC control system.
- USA - SUEZ’s LNG Revaporization Plant. Aquamation designed, fabricated, and installed the chemical/water bath make up and control equipment/PLC control system for one of the largest water bath heat exchangers in the world (the size of an Olympic swimming pool). This was completed in 8 weeks.
- Indonesia - the client was initially Santa Fe Energy that was ultimately sold to a joint venture between Devon Energy & PetroChina. Aquamation designed, fabricated, and installed the amine make/up treatment system for the CO2 removal module of a gas plant. This included the membrane treatment skid, Activated Carbon filtration skid, PLC control system, and water treatment package.
- Nigeria - Nigerian Gas Company’s gas metering station for Zakhem Construction - Nigeria. Aquamation designed and fabricated a temporary pressure reduction and metering skid (2 trains each) for 140 mmscfpd in a total of 6 weeks.
